Biography
Amirhossein Eshghi was an 18-year-old student who was killed by security forces during the January 2026 protests in Tehran. He was initially shot in the waist near Police Station 153 in Shahrak-e Valiasr; after he fell, security forces reportedly prevented bystanders from helping and shot him twice more in the chest and heart. He was buried at Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery in a two-story grave alongside his 14-year-old brother, Aryan, who was also fatally shot that same day.
