Biography
Amirhossein Eshghi was an 18-year-old student from Tehran who participated in the January 2026 protests. After being shot with pellets on January 7, he returned to the protests on January 8, 2026, in Shahrak-e Valiasr, Tehran. There, he was shot in the side near Police Station 153, and as he lay wounded, security forces shot him multiple times in the heart and chest, killing him. His 14-year-old brother, Aryan, was also killed near the same location after going to find Amirhossein.
امیرحسین عشقی، دانشجوی ۱۸ ساله اهل تهران، در اعتراضات دی ۱۴۰۴ شرکت داشت. او که در ۱۷ دیماه با گلوله ساچمهای مجروح شده بود، در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ به اعتراضات در شهرک ولیعصر تهران بازگشت. در آنجا، او در نزدیکی کلانتری ۱۵۳ از ناحیه پهلو هدف گلوله قرار گرفت و هنگامی که مجروح بر زمین افتاده بود، نیروهای امنیتی مانع کمکرسانی شده و با شلیک گلولههای بیشتر به قلب و سینهاش او را کشتند. برادر ۱۴ سالهاش، آرین، نیز پس از بیخبری از امیرحسین و برای یافتن او به همان محل رفته و کشته شد.
